Do you require a minimum purchase?
No, we do not have minimum purchase requirements. There is no minimum
purchase amount on all orders. You will not be charged extra if
you buy one item vs. many items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Master Card, American
Express and Diners Club. In addition, we accept Online Banking. You
will be able to select your payment method while completing your
order.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the
date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which
exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according
to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within
30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original
factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials,
warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Unwanted products may be
returned with prior authorization only! All returned merchandise
is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping &
handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee. REFUSED DELIVERY: Customers will be responsible for all charges
associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned
to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase
price less shipping and handling.
Are your products new or reconditioned?
All of the products that we carry are brand new. However, we
do have some products in stock that are factory reconditioned. Those
products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer, have been tested
to meet quality specifications, with a 90 days manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty is serviced direct. It comes with all parts and instruction
manuals the same as brand new. If the item is factory reconditioned
you will see (R) next to the model number.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Once the package was shipped a tracking will be posted in your account.
How do I know whether you have a product in stock?
We do our very best to show only products that are in stock on this
site. Sometimes, however, popular products do go out of stock and
there is a short time lapse before we can update the site. In this
case, there might be a short delay in item shipping.
Will all my products be delivered together?
If you have ordered more than one item for delivery, they will normally
be delivered together in one box, unless they are too bulky or too
heavy in which case they may be delivered separately, but should
still usually arrive on the same day.
What information will you hold about me?
We only hold the information you give us when you register, plus
the history of the orders you have placed with us. This enables
us to learn what you like, and over time we will be able to offer
you the products and services that are most suitable to you.
