SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • What are the shipping fees / rates?

First 10kg / RM10.00, additional RM1.00 / KGs [WM]

(All rate quoted are subject to 35% Malaysia Surcharge (fuel & handling) & 6% Service Tax)

First 500GM / RM6.50, additional RM1.50 / 250GM [SARAWAK]

First 500GM / RM7.00, additional RM2.00 / 250GM [SABAH]

(The above amount is not inclusive of 15% fuel surcharge and 10% handling charges & 6% Service Tax)

  • What shipping option does BANHUAT offer beside couriering?

We do offer several shipping options such as home delivery by own BHG’s transport and self-pickup at store services. Valid for PENANG state only!

  • How do I check & track my order status?

Customer will receive the Order ID together with tracking link info by SMS & emails notification from time to time. You can trace your parcel located anytime with just click into the link provided.

  • Can I check the shipping cost of product before purchase?

Sure. You can add the product into cart and click view cart -> Get Quotes by fill in the requires and click apply.

  • When will I receive my order after purchased?

Self-Pickup: Same day for order placed before 12PM

BHG’s Transport: Deliveries within 2 working days.

Courier Express: Dispatched out within 2 working days.

  • How do I place an order?

Simply select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and add to cart. Fill in the delivery details and proceed to checkout. Remember to login in your account to complete the order process. BANHUAT.COM is exclusive for members only. So, if you are the first time visit and interested to buy things at here, welcome to sign-up a new account. It is free to join as members.

  • Will I receive any order confirmation after purchase?

Yes, a confirmation will be send via SMS & email upon payment completed.

  • What are the payment methods available?

Bank transfer, Direct debit and Credit card payment available.

  • How to know if my payment is successful?

You will receive a confirmation via email & sms.

  • How if my payment is complete but did not receive any confirmation?

You can call to credit card careline to verify the transaction is completed or contact us for further assist.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

  • How can I cancel my order?

To cancel the order, you need to contact us for the cancellation request. Remark: We will refund the amount after 2% minus on transaction fee IF with reason change of mind or wrongly purchased.

  • Damaged or defective item received. What should I do?

You can return it or request for an exchange upon receiving the order. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective. Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer. *Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded, such as fridge and washing machine due to hygiene issues. Returned items must meet the following requirements: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt). Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item must be unused or has not been installed. All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).

  • For what’s the reason I can request a return

Incorrect item received such as wrong model or different colour. Defective product like damaged, missing parts or malfunctioning.

  • Can I request return after exceeded the date line?

No, we are not acceptable any return request over the date unless you have the sufficient reasons. BANHUAT have the final decision to accept returns or reject.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • How to check product warranty?

All the product selling at BANHUAT.COM is genuine with local manufacturer warranty provide. You can refer to the company official webpage about their warranty terms and conditions.

  • How to claim the warranty if need?

You can contact to company customer support with provide the INVOICE generated by BANHUAT. Do not hesitate to contact us for assist if failed to communicate with service centre.

  • Shall I get claim without warranty card?

  • Usually service centre require the warranty card for any claim issue. So, please keep it well to avoid any unnecessary trouble.

  • How to join as BANHUAT’s member?

Click on register button and fill in your personal details, tick to accept the privacy policy and continue to submit. Check on your mailbox and click the account activation link to complete the registration.

  • Lost & reset my password?

You can reset your password with click on forgotten password under login page. Beside, you could edit your details like change password or personal info under MY ACCOUNT page.

  • Is my personal data secure?

Any personal information disclose to us is handle with the strictest confidential.
